Return Policy

Conditions under which a Product may be returned for a refund:

  • The Product was purchased in the last 45 days (Orders returned after 45 days are returnable at our discretion and will be charged additional processing fees if accepted).
  • The Product is returned in the original packaging and all components of the product are included.
  • The Product including all components is in new and unused condition.

Procedure for returning a Product:

  • Call 1-888-280-4066 and inform the Purrfect Fence associate that you would like to make a return.
    Have the order number and the Product code located on the packing list ready
  • Once approved, send the merchandise you wish to return to the following address:

  • Deductions of $100 per returned kit and $30 per returned gate and $25 per returned POSTKIT2 will be reflected in final refunded amount to cover the original shipping costs.
  • Once the merchandise is received and inspected by Purrfect Fence, the customer will be notified of the return and the amount they will be refunded. Refunds on orders past 30 days of the charge date are not able to be refunded to the credit card and a check will be sent.

NOTE: If the returned merchandise is not in a condition in which it can be resold, it will not be accepted, regardless of whether or not it had been approved over the phone. For this reason, we prefer you return the merchandise in the packaging that it was sent in. Also, please note that packages that have been damaged during the return will not be accepted for a refund. We recommend having your packages insured by the shipping company you use to return the merchandise. Customer is responsible for arranging return of product, once approved, at their own expense.

IMPORTANT: Do not schedule fence installation until all packages have been received and checked to make sure that all components are accounted for. Purrfect Fence is not responsible for any costs associated with delays in shipping.

Also, please note: Any order with missing parts must be reported within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Order Holding Policy:

Purrfect Fence can hold orders if a customer wishes, but there are no guarantees for delivery dates. Also, if an order is held, there is the possibility that it could be further delayed by backorder if such a situation arises between the purchase date and the requested ship date.

Purrfect Fence does not guarantee delivery dates of any order. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Customers should place orders keeping in mind that situations such as holidays can delay packages.
